WELCOME
Upon entering our office our staff will welcome you and have you fill out initial paperwork. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your health status and condition.
CONSULTATION
Next, you will have an initial consultation to discuss your health-related concerns, problems and health goals. This initial visit is specifically designed by the doctors to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.
EXAMINATION
After your consultation, we will perform a complete chiropractic evaluation with testing to see your posture, spinal motion and flexibility. It will include a thermography and surface EMG scan to assess how effective your nerve system is working to help you create health.
REPORT OF FINDINGS
We pride ourselves in being very thorough and being great educators. Your health is the most important thing in your life and we take it very seriously. After our report we will provide you with our best recommendations and an adjustment.
